Apps that work on Tour
I am assuming that the apps that work with the storm will work with the Tour since they are the same OS. BUT, on my crackberry app store there are only a few apps on it now when with my storm there were many. Just seeing what anybody else found out.
Google Maps works with the GPS
Quick pull works

They are both 4.7 but since the Storm 4.7 and it's apps are taylored for the touch screen, I would assume most Storm apps won't work on the Tour.
how did you get google maps to work??
i still dont get close to where i am, as i did with the curve. gm gives me a screen for the storm, with that little circle "my location" icon.
anyone know where i can find the older versions of gmm? preferably 3.0.1??
You have to use the keypad for GM. "0" is my location. If you use latitude, press "4" to go thru your contacts. each number key does something.
No problems with Google Maps on my Tour and it is MUCH more accurate than it was on my Curve. It's actually within a 100 meters now and when driving, it's dead on and was never close before.
