Re: REVIEW: Vaja Classic Leather Case for the Curve

    update to my review

    pros:
The screen protector I have actually become used to when scrolling and the *lip buckle* pretty much gone

    cons:
After throwing my bb in my purse a few times, the screen is scratch up. Most of the scratches are tiny and aren't that noticable unless the backlight/screen is off. But there is one spot in the top left that I can see, regardless and it has become annoying, to say the least.

    So...now I am at a passing

I don't know if I should try to exacto knife the screen off (YIKES!!) or maybe the applesauce stuff will take the scratches out...

    I will report back

Re: REVIEW: Vaja Classic Leather Case for the Curve

In my experience the screen protectors on vaja cases are a bit soft, which I think causes excess scratching, I dont think the applesauce stuff will work but let us no if your brave enough to do either.....but it will get to the point where you will have nothing to lose.

From my second vaja case on I actually put a screen protector on the screen itself and the vaja case, this might seem like overkill and not worth it as the case should protect but...the vaja screen is soft and scratches and is expensive...the case also allows some dust and grit under the screen meaning you can scratch your screen when put on/taking off the case.

Why bother you say? because of the vaja lovelyness, just oozes quality and looks excellent as well as providing good shock/body protection.

Again, I would prefer the screen protector to be optional or interchangable.

    Thanks for the review.
I will not be buying vaja case for 8310, instead i will get the case-mate that att sells for one and the seidio combo for the other.
    Thanks and Happy Holidays

I was considering the Classic Case With Hook For my 8GB iPod Nano 3G Video until I found a cheaper alternative. I have searched all over the internet for a case for it that has these features:

    1) Open Face Case to allow access to the click wheel.

    2) Does not block the docking port for when I charge the iPod.

    3) Accepts a wrist strap (via the metal hook).

    4) Allows me to charge and use my iPod without fighting to insert or remove the iPod.

Black color to match the iPod.
Dock port for charging is not blocked.

i love the pearl version of this case. its my favorite so far and i still use it on my 'theme testing pearl'

i did eventually cut the plastic screen off the curve version. it was super annoying. i use it and the new pinstack casemate case anytime i leave the house.
