Great review, I got mine yesterday. The packaging was good, the case is great, well made and it fits perfectly. I still need to get use to it.Overall, its a must buy product, although casemate forgot to include my username on the case . Oh well, oh and the plastic bubble is the best!!!

^ Same here, they wouldn't let me personalize it so I couldn't get my name on it. Oh well, I still love the case.

it's a good case, very solid.

i will probably stick to case-mate from now to be honest.

this little contest was a great success in my opinion, every customer i help, now sees the pinstack.com logo, and case-mate has gained a new customer in me.

Does anyone know the final verdict for us BB 8130 stackers that won the contest as well, being that Case-mate specifically notes: "This case does NOT fit the Pearl 8130."

I was 1 of the first 10 at that! lol

just wondering if i missed an announcement about it.

If you have the original free case that they gave out with some phones, the dull boring slide in one? Would it be possible to gut the magnet out, and the use a little glue to attach it in the inside of the holster?

Just thought, I didnt get the holster so I wont be able to try it.

The gap between the case and the holster itself is too narrow. Now mounting it on the backside of the holster near your body is definitely an option provided you got a powerful enough magnet to set the switch off.

Instead of Tuesday, I got mine in the mail this morning. In the back of the case where it says "case-mate" wasn't a silver plate should of been there? I could of sworn the "case-plate" was on a silver small plate or whatever.

Not a big deal, but just wanted to know who caught that.

My Case-Mate case: (No silver plate)

I got mine in the mail today as well. I applied the screen protector. Had to remove the wrist lanyard I bought for the 8100 as I couldn't find a way to keep it on while using this case.

    Only 2 issues.

    1. Belt clip is easy to remove once attached to the case. I figured out what I was doing wrong.

    2. Case will be put in my 8100 box when I get the 8120.

EDIT: I just found out the easy way that this case does accept the 1250mAh and 1500mAh Slim Extended Batteries from Seidio.

You place the order for the 8100 one and once you get the order confirmation reply to it saying you would like the 8130/20 case when its released. Theyll write back saying that they will re-open your order when the cases come in.
    IM BACK w/ a new BB 8220!
