If, however, you have minute air bubbles, try to squeeze them aside if possible. Those refuse to disappear (at least for me).
Hello, if the skin is gas permeable, would it also permeate a Sharpie Marker? or can i write on the skin without fear that it will bleed through onto the device?

thanks!

Re: REVIEW: Best skins ever - 8300 Curve

shaddow, frankly, I was only postulating that it is gas permeable--because all my bubbles of water would always disappear over time. And after going through one skin (and later replacing it), I realized that it was near impossible to push the bubbles out through the side (since the surrounding parts had sealed very very tightly to the phone). And so, my educated guess is that the water is evaporating through the skin itself.

That being said, I can't really help you with your question re the sharpie.

Mines just came in today and applying it was pretty easy. The grip does feel so much better as well.

I wish they would make ones in different colors. I have found some similar on ebay that have designs and colors but I'm not sure about the quality.

Re: REVIEW: Best skins ever - 8300 Curve

Ok Cherri, this may be a stupid question since you use the Curve, but I was wondering...does the BSE for the Pearl only cover the battery cover? I ordered one Sunday and should be getting it soon, and i'm just curious. Like I said, I know you use the Curve, but I also know you are very knowlegable about BB in general. Thanks for your help! Oh, and where do you all order the BSE? I just went to www.bestskinsever.com.

Yes, I sure did. That's the one I ordered before I asked haha. I hope it is as good as you all say bc I am very anal about scratches and smudges on my phones

Re: REVIEW: Best skins ever - 8300 Curve

Trust me...its as good as we say
You will see smudges on the bse perhaps and maybe a scratch after some use
but when removed your BB will look as good as new.
I like to put on a new bse once in a while just because.
They aren't that expensive either which is the good part. Now we get to see how
patient you are

Re: REVIEW: Best skins ever - 8300 Curve

^^ haha I am not too patient at all! However, I did get my BSE in the mail today. I actually just put on. The process wasn't rocket science and I got it on real straight and everything, but it is very unclear. Someone please reassure me that it looks better after all the water permeates through the skin...

^^I'll be that someone
Yes it gets better after time passes. Much better

Give it about 48 hours to look really good, and day by day it gets even better.
