What's with T-Mobile and their premium service charges?
I have been with T-Mobile 8 years and have four lines. For the last 2 months I been charge for Premium Service Charges of $19.98. It's apparently from a text that I received. Because I did NOT replied to the text, I got enrolled. I called customer service, no help. They told me to call the company involved and they again told me to call T-Mobile. So I went to a T-Mobile store and want to discuss this possible future legal issue. And was told to leave. Great customer service.
Anyone else here on Pinstack have this problem?
I've had a similar issue with AT&T where I got subscribed to something. Fortunately they removed the charges for me no questions asked.
I have 5 lines with T-Mobile and I haven't had any issues with them as far as this goes, sorry you are having these problems. Even when it was a outside source tmo has removed the charge for me

Yeah, I'd say you talked to the wrong customer service rep. They should remove that for you no questions asked.
I always found them very helpful. Just not this time.
