Which passwords? The main password to log into your phone, the ones stored in password keeper, the passwords for your email addresses tied to the blackberry, or some other password?

As far as I know, the main password is unretrievable unless you are on a BES and the Admin knows how to pull that.

Are you able to get into the phone normally?
CrackUtil is asking for the same password that you would use to normally log into the phone. If you don't have one then you just need to press OK with a blank entry for the password.

CrackUtil won't see it. The only luck I have ever had with this situation has been with JlCommander and a small .bat file I wrote for automated use of the wipe command in the command prompt window. What I have done in the past was to just let the phone kill the battery so that when I plug it in the battery icon with the lightening bolt shows up on the screen. Then while it is trying to boot I issue the wipe command as quickly as possible to try to catch it before it resets and drops the connection again. It only works about 50% of the time on my end.

What happened prior to the issue you are having now?

Ouch. Did you happen to do a backup prior to loading the theme?
