Yes, PACER. Charges are per-page, $1-$5 per document, actually there are only a few documents in the case
It looks like premeditated bankruptcy.
Several months before filing MobiHand executives were already founding new businesses. At that time they did not reply to vendors' emails and in my case they refused even to talk over the phone.
MobiHand CEO Sebastian Dijmarescu already on June 20th found a new company - Zynnis Inc
MobiHand CTO Adriano Chiaretta found in the beginning of August a new company - BitCoral Technology Consulting
MobiHand CFO Richard Wood is also with a new business as a "financial advisor"
These people have been taking developers' royalties for a year and now they claim salaries for themselves at 30K per month, and they are first in the creditors' queue. For what? For misappropriating our money? For ignoring our emails? For refusing to talk over the phone?
I filed a complaint with DoJ, but so far I have only the receipt confirmation. No one has contacted me, I do not know if anything is being done. The trustee does not reply as well.
Can anyone here advise what else can be done?
I am not a slave, I cannot support many MobiHand customers with all my yearly royalties illegally taken by MobiHand.
If simply filing a bankruptcy stops lawsuits and collections and people just go away unpunished, it means that the legal system is screwed.
