    Question Desktop Mgr.


    When I got my new BB Curve, I was so excited, I brought into work and my boss helped me set up my emails. However, we did not follow instructions when downloading the desktop manager software (phone was connected) and now I cannot connect to desktop mgr. from my work station.

    I did take it home and did it correctly there so now I can use desktop mgr. on my home computer.

    Is there anyway to fix my work computer so I can use the desktop mgr. at work too? We tried uninstalling and reinstalling a few times and that did not work. Any ideas would be appreciated! Thanks

    Is the device manager connecting to the device?

    I would try a clean uninstall of DM from your work PC. Then just re-install it. Also I know you said your boss helped you but do you have the proper premissions on your work station that will allow you to connect to a device?
