    So I got a replacement Charging Vault ad decided to see if my issues have been resolved

    Charged it over night a few nights ago and used it to top off about 20% of battery. Then let it sit in my Jeep for a few days. Now I'm sitting waiting to go to work and have it plugged in supplying power while I surf.

    25 minutes ago my phone reported 92% charge. Since I've been surfing and now posting. I'm at 93% with 3 lights showing on the Chatge Vault.

    I'd say its doing great.

    Good to hear, Jay. Sounds like they've definitely made some improvements to the product.

    I have have real good results from my vault. I don't use it much, but I've charged it up let it sit then tested it and still had plenty of power to charge my Bold up

    Gonna get it out and try it. It's charged so lets see how it recharges... I will let the dame at Seidio know.

    Dame, pejorative ? Not here.
    No replacement. And apparently no need to. It has to do with the power supply in Italy. some different voltage cycle or whatever.
    At home it charges to full power, and seems ok. Going to take it with me tomorrow and try it out before I answer Seidio.

    Mine works great. I didn't have to replace it. I use it regularly when I'm out and about (and somebody drains my battery by rejoining a BBM group).

    Works great now. Surfed for about 10 minutes and it held up.

    End of day it was at 50% which should be about right.

    Folks who dontt have one or havent tried anything from Seidio, youre missing out. Never have I seen a company so willing to help out someone who WON their product. Absolutely best customer service. Period.

    I also won mine from the Pinstack contest, but the one I got worked flawlessly.

    If I had not won it, I would definitely buy it. It is an awesome product that works great.

    The coolest thing is that it lets one charge two different devices simultaneously. That is great, since I also have a Bluetooth headset that needs to get charged.

    Well I pulled my Vault outta the drawer after a few months and plugged it in. Still had three LEDs worth of power after all that time sitting, and topped off the charge on my iPhone this morning beautifully.
