Just used another guy who's also on eBay. They're not allowed to send the unlock codes to you digitally, so they would have to mail the code to you via USPS. However, he said if you go directly to his website and purchase there, they can e-mail the code to you. Had mine in about 20 minutes for 99 cents.

If you are in need of an unlock code for your Blackberry head over to Ebay and check out user blowfish06.
He's super fast and it only cost me 99 cents! Can't beat that!! I had the code for my Torch in less than 5 minutes. Hope that helps any of you looking to unlock your device and not wanting to spend alot or wait for your carrier to give it to you.
I thought they can be given out here for free.

You can probably get one free from your carrier if you call them, but you have to be a customer for awhile and they'll want to know why you want it. I'd rather spend a buck and not hassle with a phone call.

This doesn't work in Canada with the Big 3 (Bell, Rogers and Telus).
Bell I believe charges $75 for the code after a certain period of time.

tried this one, quick service and replies well to emails, however -- so far haven't been able to successfully unlock my torch with Rogers.
will update thread as i continue to work on it.
