in the application menu, when choosing which apps to include on the homescreen, there is a drop down menu called 'icon animation' ... you should be able to choose bounce, spring from direction, drop, etc)

^^I believe that Dr. Devious and djsmooth made a Kim Kardashian theme. You may want to ask them for an 8100 version.
