Unable to log in to BIS
i bought a blackberry 8100 on t-mobile in the uk and have now started to use it with o2 in the uk also. i'm getting all my emails and everything is working fine except it won't allow me to log in to my BIS to edit or add email accounts.
does anyone know why a change of network provider would effect this and what i can do to resolve it?

ps i've tried using both the o2 and t-mobile BIS

so you must have been registered on the tmo UK network? and then you switched to o2? did you close your tmo UK account? have you even created a o2 account or is this the first time you are trying to log in?
