We are not 100% sure, but that has been the rumor, and in the last thread, around page 64 ish, we got a pretty good hint.

pm has all but said it. the desire is the only up to date phone that hasn't been sapped up by the big boys it was passed over for the evo and incredible. us cellular is the only other carrier that will have it in the u.s. hence after all the hints talking to pm and researching it for myself I'd bet good money we will see the desire on cs.

Yeah, thats pretty much what I was pointing to.

pm is a great source. I try my best to get at least 3 sources to confirm or deny anything. and with these mobile carriers what pm gives is as good as it gonna get unless ur talking to someone with a axe to grind. believe me I've already talked to htc and they are zip lipped. but they did say they are working on getting updates out much faster which is my only gripe with them. my htc snap processes just as fast as a hero I've done it side by side. no way am I buying anything less than a 2.1. I'm hoping cs will get the shadow that's the one I've been eye balling

Ok.. so after a year with my htc diamond i was looking to upgrade to something better, but was told that unfortunately CS has this new fee for upgrading before your two yr contract is up. It didnt used to be this way, I think they used to charge a $36 upgrade fee but nothing other than that .. Why did they change it and is there any way to get around it?

there's no way around it the new law that came out changed how your etf is reduced its like $7 for phone and $5 for data but I'm not sure those are the correct amounts. even still once u pay your etf u are then eligible for any phone available

Early Termination Fee. ETF.

It applies to breaking the two year contract that you have to get a new phone and sign a new contract. It is pro rated based on how many months you have left.
