TELUS is definitely better regarding customer service and even coverage. They may look very identical but still I've gotten better service with TELUS then I ever got with Bell.
Customer service was horrible with Bell and I've heard several complaints regarding them from friends of mine. If you want reliable service with good customer service, choose TELUS.

the 2 back prongs on my phone for external charging came loose on mine...i took my phone to the bell store and a brand new replacement was in the mail about 3 days later no questions asked. i just had to repackage the phone and take it to fedex.
that was with bell..there service for smartphones is so much better then their normal phone service

With Bell ive noticed that they pay more attention on PDAs, Smartphones and RIM devices, think about it....these handsets use data and data is pretty expensive and comparing it to regular flip phones or sliders, this is where they rack up the company's revenue....

That's why telus sells the most blackberrys in canada. And that's why they have the most smartphones, an unlimited data.

I took advantage of the promotion Telus had this past winter, unlimited data and e-mail for $15. i think it ended in feb. I have never dealt with bell mobility but i know Telus beats Rogers.

TELUS definately does not sell more blackberrys then Rogers, let alone Bell.
Telus is the 3rd largest carrier right now, and they keep going down.

Even FIDO is coming close to beating them after there revamped style.

Where are you getting your information??? When I was at the TELUS Curve launch party in Edmonton, RIM said that TELUS is actually #1 for BlackBerry sales in Canada!! They maybe the 2 or 3rd largest carrier, but they sell more BlackBerry devices then their competitors - unlimited data means something to the consumer.
Oh and by the way, Fido(who's owned by Rogers) doesn't sell BlackBerry's, just something called the iPhone. :-P.
