TELUS all the way. Bell has NO customer service at all. if your phone breaks dont plan on them replacing/repairing it for you.

    Agreed.
I've dealt with both and telus wins hands down. Their customer support may be scripted sometimes and sometimes it's difficult to get a resolution with tech issues. But if that's the case, telus has no problems compensating you for it. Case in point the telus GPS issue with the curve. I got telus navigator free until RIM comes up with a fix for it. No stress and no questions asked. The reps I've dealt with have all been very genuinely sympathetic and have done everything they can. Some were a lil clueless, but every carrier has that. Besides, I love the client care policy. If you're on hold for a long time, your account gets credited depending how long you wait. I love it!

My brother had a blackberry with bell for 2 weeks the usb wouldn't charge so he went back to the store and they wouldn't replace it. he had to call bell and make up a diffrent excuse because they don't cover damage to the usb
