Download the Zip, unzip the files, run Desktop Manager, run Application Loader, under "Add / Remove Applications" click Start, under "Device application selection" click Browse, find the theme in the folder you unzipped it to, then click Next, then under "Summary" click Finish. The theme will be loaded and the device rebooted, and you're good to go.
