    Premium Subscription

    I recently purchased the Premium Subscription at this site. BUT I failed to read that it is automatically renewed each year which is unacceptable to me. I emailed a couple of days ago thru this sites "Contact Us" and got no repsonse.

    I would like "someone" to do something to stop it from autorenewing. If they can I wish to cancel my subscription (hopefully get a refund) to avoid this auto renewal.

    Can someone get this message to the owers" who handle this?

    If they could email me as it is much more easy to respond on my Blackberry than use the mail system her. Thanks

    We do NOT support auto renew billing. If a Stacker really wants premium service renewed we think they will do it themselves. So far over 60% of expired premiums renew their service manually.

    Validity periods marked * indicate that purchasing this subscription is recurring, this means after the period is complete it will automatically be renewed.

    I assumed the above last few lines indicated it would be automatically renewed.

    I guess I am wrong? If so, sorry for the trouble!

    As as it says any of the payments options (1, 6 or 12 months) marked with a red (*) will be recurring. None of our payment options have the * because none are recurring.

    This page is a default vbulletin payment page for member subscriptions thus the note is still there even though not needed.
