I think an intro to PinStack pamphlet should be included with every smartphone. Makes sense to me. Everyone I know, knows that I am a big BlackBerry user. They usually come to me with their questions, be it fixing their BB, themes, apps, etc. I noticed I usually tell them to go to PinStack.com. Maybe a month later, they still ask for help in which I usually tell them to go to PinStack haha.
After what seems like forever, they finally decide to join. PinStack is a great site for ALL smartphones and should be the preferred place for support as well as fun things with smartphones. Time the carriers start joining in lol.

Lava faxed me over a sheet that her local ATT store gives to new bb owners ... over two years ago and PinStack was listed as #1 site to go to for BlackBerry users. I've also heard of a few other people (mostly ATT reps) that have this same "sheet" that they give out to new owners with same type info and PS has always been number 1
I've given TMO and AT&T Store Managers in my area PS's address. I'm not sure of the results but I know it helps. There tends to be employee turnover at the Stores near me so that's why i went to the Managers. I also give them my user name for various social networking methods in hopes of being able to offer other ways to get involved. Who knows if it helps? but the point is it sure can't hurt to try
