i am having trouble sending pin messages they are not sent, they are always marked as pending

I bought a phone off of Ebay. Went to register the PIN and IMEI for my own email account and is says "PIN" already has an existing account. How can i get around this?

You have to get the original seller to call their service provider and have them release the pin so you can register it.

ok a new twist on this thread I have the BB messenger for my pearl and would like to instent message my brother who uses yahoo but I myself have no desire to use the y messenger and would like to stick with the BB messenger can it be done?

hello i'm new to this bb msg i'm trying to put in the pin # when adding a contact but it keeps asking for e-mail and not giving me the choice to put in the person pin#.
Am i doing something wrong?

when you go to add a bb messenger contact... go up to use once, hit the bb button and select by pin

when you use the bb messanger do you use data charges or is it sms ?i have t mobile if thats any help
