    I am running into a weird issue. I can send a PIN message to one of my co-workers, but he cannot PIN back to me. The PIN is correct in both cases. Instead of receiving a PIN message, I get a notification " DECRYPTION FAILURE. PLEASE REGENERATE KEY". I have manually changed keys many times, but I get the same message over and over again.

    I have no issues sending or receiving PIN messages from anyone else.

    Any clues?

    sounds like you are on BES. If so please into your PC with usb and open desktop manager and select to regenerate the encryption key. that should work.

    I did regenerate the key multiple times. But the issue remains. The weird part is that there is no issue receiving and sending PINs except from this one individual.

    That does not change the PIN. It regenerates the BES encryption keys for that device. The PIN is hard coded into each BB, and cannot be changed manually.
