    Anyone here lift regularly? I am a powerlifter, and have been for about 7 years.

    My current best Meet lifts are -

    Squat - 700 - should be higher...:-(
    Bench - 550
    Dead - 630

    Just curious if there are any more on here.

    I am trying to get into, have some equipment in my garage but everytime i get it set up I have to end up putting something else in there and run out of room..

    You look like a big guy and i saw you have a pearl and had to laugh lol, i have pretty big fingers and a curve so i have alot of typos.. pearl has much bigger buttons.
    It takes many professionals versed in many different area's to help the masses, I am just a single drop in that pool.

    I did the same thing...I trained in my basement, but the family was always redirecting my attention....lol

    Well, I power eat, power sleep, and power... Well, let's just say that I power a lot of stuff. But I've never been able to stick to a gym. I'm the kinda hit that pays the gym membership for a year and go for a month tops. I hate loosing my money and my motivation to work out. Do you guys have any tips? ~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~

    I find it helps to lift with a group or team. It helps hold you accountable. I lift with a team, and our captain is a top bencher. We Definitely hear it if we miss a workout.

    Believe it or not phatman works out an hour a day minimum. I cat imagine lifting that much weight though. Maybe one day.

    I don't power lift but I do work out 5 days a week. 3 days a week I do an upper body workout (paralysis limits my options for a lower body workout), and the other 2 days I swim so I get a good workout.

    I am brand new to lifting weights I have played BBall all of my life and I have always been thin. I dont want to get big I just want to be cut up and ready for the beach.
