Check your applications list, usually options, advanced, applications...

See if you have the blackberry attachment service there.

If you do make sure you are choosing open attachment while in the message.

Have you checked the application list? If it is not in there then you may have to run the app loader and reinstall that part of the OS.

    topcat_lammy, Welcome to PinStack.

As recommended, check to see if the attachment service is loaded. Let us know if there is anything else we can do to help with this problem or your BB.

Do you know how to delete your email service book and re-send it from your BIS account? If so, try this.

First make sure yo ucan login to your BIS account on the web. Once you're logged in you should see an option to send or resend service books. MAke sure you can get access to this before doing anything else..

ONce you know you can do this. On your device, goto options > advanced options and service book. In the list of service books you should she one named with your email address (the one your sending the attachment to).

Highlight and delete it. ONce done, click the resend button on your online account.

YOu should see the service book come back shortly after. THen you'll need to resend a mail with an attachment to see if it makes any difference.
