    Newly unlocked 8310 problem

This is my first time posting anything, bare with me... I have a att 8310 curve, and I just got the code for unlocking it. I followed all of the proper channels and now it is unlocked. However; I now have problems with recieving emails and calls dropping. I put a sim card into it that was registered to a tmobile 8320 curve. Did I miss somthing?

Don't think that has anything to do with the unlocking...

You may just be in an area with low signal strength?

Or maybe the carrier you switched over to has a call dropping issue?

Well, I have another bb 8320 with tmobile and it picks up great. I tried them side by side

Hmm... Quite honestly, the unlocking has nothing to do with signal reception etc...

Next, from past experience, at&t has always had more coverage than tmobile...

Try this... When you have both devices next to each other, same or different carrier, go to Options, and click on "status"

Check the signal and compare... Which one is getting better reception?

Try this with same carrier and diff carrier if you can... If they're getting an equal amount of signal, it may be a hardware issue...
