    jimyphatt66 asked me to post my workout here. I am actually going to post 2 differerent workouts, one for strength and mass building, and one for fat loss and toning. And no, you can't do both. That is why I am posting both routines, some people want to get bigger and stronger, some want to get leaner. Again, impossible to do both.

    Strength and Mass
    - Monday - Chest
    ----Flat Bench Press 4 sets at 8-10 reps
    ----Incline Dumbell Bench Press 4 sets 8-10 reps
    ----Incline Dumbell Flies 4 sets 10 reps
    ----Cable Crossovers 4 sets 10 reps
    ----Machine Presses 3 sets 15-20 reps
    -Tuesday - Back
    ----Wide Grip Chin Ups 4 sets 10 reps
    ----Close Grip Pull Downs 4 sets 10 reps
    ----Bent Barbell Rows 4 sets 10 reps
    ----Seated Rows 4 sets 10 reps
    ----Straight Arm pushdowns 4 sets 10 reps
    -Wednesday - Legs
    ----Squats 4 sets 10 reps
    ----Leg presses 4 sets 10 reps
    ----Leg Extensions 4 sets 10 reps
    ----Leg Curls 4 sets 10 reps
    ----Calves 4 sets 15 reps
    -Thursday - Shoulders
    ----Dumbell Presses 4 sets 10 reps
    ----Machine Presses 3 sets 12 reps
    ----Side Laterals 4 sets 10 reps
    ----Front Laterals 4 sets 10 reps
    ----Bent Lateral 4 sets 10 reps
    ----Shrugs 4 sets 10 reps
    -Friday - Biceps and Triceps
    ----Straight bar curls 4 sets 10 reps
    ----Skull crushers 4 sets 10 reps
    ----Preacher Curls 4 sets 10 reps
    ----Rope pushdowns 4 sets 10 reps
    ----Incline Dumbell Curls 4 sets 10 reps
    ----One Arm Dumbell extensions behind the neck 4 sets 10 reps
    ----Machine Curls 4 sets 15 reps
    ----Straight Bar pushdowns 4 sets 15 reps

    *** I will often times superset a lot of these exercises, except the main mass building exercises, shoulder press, bench press, chins, etc.

    Now for toning and fat burning, my workout routine will often include the same exercises above, with less weight and less rest. I will work 2 body parts in the same day to make sure that even when I am resting one body part the 30 seconds it needs, I jump to another and hit it. Below is the workout, everything supersetted.

    -Monday - Chest and Back
    -Tuesday - Biceps and Triceps
    -Wednesday - Shoulders and Legs
    -Thursday - Rest
    -Friday - Start 3 day cycle over again.

    Again, to maximize fat loss, hit about 30 minutes of cardio AFTER the workout when your blood sugar is low. To maintain as much muscle mass as possible and burn FAT calories, it is recommended to walk a brisk 3.5 miles per hour on a 3.5 incline treadmill for 30 minutes.

    I usually hit the gym 4-5 times a week, but I haven't gone for about a month. I've really been feeling bummy lately, no excuse. Gonna go tonight.

    Cardio ~ running, aerobics, weights.
