Question Failed to View my MEP on Blackberry

I tried to find my phone's MEP code to get an unlock code.
I went to the following: Engineering Screen > OS Engineering Screens > Device Info
I saw some data but when I scrolled down I could not see the MEP. I only see empty spaces that keep scrolling down. My phone has issues when connecting via USB to read the MEP using Blackberry Logger.

Please help me get the MEP for my phone
IMEI is 980039000768913 if that helps (Verizon)

    Thanks

If you're mucking with the engineering screens, I'm afraid most of us won't be able to help you.

Besides, if you're looking for an unlock code, that is something you get from your carrier or an unlocking source. I don't think it's on the device itself, but I could be wrong.

If you want your phone unlocked, call your carrier and ask them for the code.

Or pay 99 cents and purchase one from here: http://www.emptyink.net/Blackberry.htm

    I've used them 1/2 a dozen times.

Just send them the 99 cents via PayPal and include your IMEI number in the comments and you're done! You'll receive an e-mail with your code and unlocking instructions within a few hours.

I've unlocked a few BlackBerry devices, but all I ever needed was the IMEI number.

What device is it that you're trying to unlock?

In the meantime, I did find this and thought it might help...
