You know Dave, a good walk with the wife is good, but its slow, but it helps. Unless she's a good and fast walker. It's very pleasant.
What we need at high levels is to burn sugar. So the trick, or my trick, was to do a minimum of a 30 minutes vigorous walk, and now I've gone to an hour and 15 minutes. I take a break of 5 minutes about halfway.
But more than the time, it's this: at the beginning I tracked myself at about 4,5kms hour according to the Tracks app on the Droid (smartphones are useful right?) Now I average 7,7kms an hour for the full hour. That's the ticket...
With the teas you mention, no sugar is needed and I find them naturally sweet already, especially natural chamomile. The green tea, piping hot, before bed time is a saviour for high cholestrol.

Yeah you're ornery enough without adding the ex-smoker thing to it.

Well I had a guy interested in selling me his HTC One X and for a mere 20 Euros difference in the trade with my NOTE (I had to pay him) I passed it up. And still told him to go to a place with a bucket water in his hand.
Now ordinarily, I wouldn't pass that one up. But ornery, I did.
    I blame nicotine deficiency...

Maybe. But I would like to give it a good spin. Coupla weeks and then dump it.
Oh, what the heck...they'll be a penny to the dozen shortly.

Yeah, plus you dig the note. Maybe you're starting to kick another addiction.

Struggling with cravings today. Getting through them but its difficult. Nothing to keep me busy.

I keep thinking that its gonna get better. Wish I had never started smoking. Temptation is in my coffee, when I look at the phone.
