    Gotta force yourself and find the time to move Lora. Otherwise it's a losing battle. You did great to lose the 15lbs. Now you have to take it t the next level. You can definitely do at least 10lbs in 4 weeks.

    Worse thing about dieting is when you start the pounds come off then you stop loosing and you think what's going on! If you are exercising as well you are building muscle, muscle is heavier than fat so you are still winning but don't realize it. But then you should know this Inurse cos you have an inside knowledge of the medical stuff. Good luck

    thanks! Yesterday I totally blew it. Made homemade ice-cream with splenda and 1% milk.. Today I will start journalling again. Got real discouraged when weight stopped coming off and yes I know what you are saying dushdavj, its just i don't listen to that when it involves me! ha ha

    I/we (wife and I) started getting on a healthier kick in the past 3-4 weeks....man it's amazing how much better you feel when you eat right and exercise....until this last week when I came down with some kind of sinus funk I had been running 2 miles a day. One thing I haven't done is weigh myself....I know I've dropped some weight because I had to tighten my belt up 1 loop....so I guess it's starting to help some :-)
