Well done, fellas.
Yeah, as I said earlier in the thread, once you reach the 2 week milestone, it's pretty easy from there. Not to say you won't continue to get urges, but the cravings go away.....big difference.
Well done, fellas.
The upgrade will be a just reward? Yeah!
But only if you keep up with this new regimen...forever.
Well done Jay.
Don't know if I will use the upgrade yet. I saw s note and kinda liked it. S3 maybe. Going to look at the htc as well
Too damn many options now. Used to be so much easier when all we had was the latest BlackBerry, which we thought was the best thing since sliced bread.
Well, for someone who doesn't use a PC, the Note is an excellent substitute - and what a great smartphone it is as well.
Great screen, great functions, great battery...what can I say. I love the Note
Well, I will be insulin bound.
No biggie, won't last forever.
No smoke today. Actually only thought about them while at dr office.
Enjoying it. Seriously.
You are both so calm, impressive
Love is better than anger. Hope is better than fear. Optimism is better than despair. So let us be loving, hopeful, and optimistic. And we will change the world. - Jack Layton (1950-2011)

I don't feel calm. When urges hit I get jittery. I think it helps to be distracted by the other issues. Most of the time though I don't think about it.
This too shall pass.
Sorry haven't been as active on pinstack. Just been busy adjusting.
Had to actually measure food this morning. 1 cup of cereal is not enough....... ©
LOL! I know whatcha mean. It's definitely a lifestyle change. When I had ballooned up to nearly 350lbs, it was quite the shocker when I started taking the products I sell along with going on WeightWatchers. You get used to it though.
Well just packed my lunch. Very odd thing for me. BBQ chicken (vinegar type sauce), sliced apples and blackberries, and pumpkin seeds for a snack. Still gotta nail down 2 veggies. I get 1800 to 2000 calories so plenty to eat. Gotta lose 5 lbs.
Like I said, no time for smoking. We had a smoker donate clothes yesterday, the smell...want to clean our home top to bottom to get rid of it. Didn't realize how horrible I smelled.
No diet or frigging pumpkin seeds for me. I eat like a lion. I just don't eat fries and starch. Fish twice a week, white meats also twice, one day red meat all with salads only, and one day just salads and veggies. Lost plenty pounds, and I'm having s whale of a time. Oh yeah, and walk.
I've gone natural.
And no smoking. I just inhale others' smoke and that's enough...
