YIKES! A packet of Splenda AND a packet of Stevia? Sheesh. Major sweet tooth there, dude.

You should only need a tiny amount of Stevia. That stuff is super concentrated.

And yeah, you'll still get the occasional craving now and then. I think the magic number is the two week mark, though.

Congrats on making it this far, though, fellas! Very proud of you both!

Now if only we could get Capdot in the fold.

It's the taste buds. Smoking messes with those, too.

No, not me. The craving was terrible. I was in a meeting the whole morning. But no cigs yet although the other members at the meeting had smoke breaks.
And my diabetes went right down, felt quite bsd, and had to place some sugar under my tongue. Now it's all okay, but it wasn't easy.

252 this morning. Took meds. Have to monitor twice a day.
On my 3rd cup of coffee. Realizing I'm a little irritable after all.

I'm not going to comment on the morning irritability, but I have noticed a change with his moods, he seems happier and sometimes a bit more pleasant to be around, no offense honey but sometimes just wanted to strangle you. I'm so very proud of you and we will work through the diabetes together as a team. Love yolu and prefer to have you stick around a bit longer.

Again thank you all for all your support for both Jay and Del, I think they are a testiment to all of us that anything is possible as long as we put our mind to it and are determined no matter how hard it may be.

Our daughters hubby used to take 12 of those little packets in his coffee, I remember watching him do this and was amazed, asking him if he would like some coffee with his sugar?? Well my wife, myself and our daughter slowly got him down to one packet, and in fact he sometimes does what we do and drinks his coffee black no sugar. It takes a while but it is worth it

    Good news.
    Had a stressful day.
    Didn't smoke.
    Didn't kill anyone.

Was tempted. You guess which one tempted. Hint-didnt have a shovel.

Cooley, you shouldn't be killing anyone with your current back condition...

Keep up the good work you two.

    We're all pulling for you.
