Hey Chicago People,
A group of us will be visiting your city for the Taste Festival can you give us some ideas on clubs and other things to do while there. I know we will hit the Navy Pier and other things but can you tell us about the night life? What's a good place to eat and hang out during the day?
~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~go to www.metromix.com , www.city-alert.com and www.chicagonightlife.com
Start with Blue 47 for drinks and you will find people and places you want to be with.
The M lounge is a decent place as well as Red No. 5

Have you been to the Funky Buddah Lounge?
~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~ The Buddah is always a good time. Its just a small club.
AH Chicago life! I used to live in Chicago, just walk down the streets you will find so much night life. Take it all in. Each place seems to have it's own story.
If you want a good burger? Billygoat Tavern is the place to go on Michigan. It is a neat place to visit.
Thanks bluebugangel, I will check that place out I have been to Ed Debevics and it was a riot as well.
There's a party at the House of Blues on the July 5, that should nice!
Thanks Jareemy8 but we are only here for the weekend.
Anywhere in Wrigleyville is a good time.......especially after the Cubs beat the White Sox like they will this weekend!!!!!

Hey everyone I am back from my Chicago trip... I have to say it was an experience. I was meeting some girls there from Kansas City via Amtrak but since the Mississippi River flooded they had to get on the bus. I was stuck at Amtrak for a few hours by myself. We missed the kick off of the Taste Of Chicago but we did get to see Stevie Wonder on Saturday amongst 45,000 people. We got rain on but the sun did come out to bake us as well. I must say we didn't even go to the club because we walked and stood around so long we all were to tired to continue.
Next year I will go with my daughter that way I know we will have a better time.
I'm from the Chicago area originally. Glad you had a good time!
Glad you're back safe, Tia.
Never wanted to be a simple man...
Glad you had a great time! It was an awesome weekend here in Chicago.
