    Changing Phones

I'm sure this has been asked and answered but there are so many threads containing the word "pin" it's hard to find.

I had to buy a new pearl because the one I had was dropped and run over by a car (don't ask, it hasn't been long enough for me to get over it yet).

Anyways, is there any way to keep my pin # from my original pearl ? Or am I forced to get a new one?

~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~the pin # is device specific, you will have to get the new one,but you will be able to keep all other information; ie. Email accounts and such as they were on the previos pearl, hope this helps

Thats horrid. What happens if you buy a used phone and the owner had a mile long list of people they contacted via pin?!? I'm glad I read this before buying since I'm ebay'ing. I think I'll stick with a new one.

    thanks alot
