It does have a nice appearance to it. Lets hope it's not $1,000 unlocked. That is a bit too much.

    *Edit

    Ok a lot too much

Yes! T-Mobile is getting it It's about time they got a good android phone, given that they are the company that began this whole thing with android. The G1 and mytouch were ok but made some horrible trade offs with no 3.5mm jack, no flash on the camera, and no video. A slide out keypad would be very nice to have too.

i have been wanting an android phone! the fact that the current android phones dont have a flash or UMA i am holding back. i use my phone daily as a flashlight and when i cant get get good reception i can usually find a wifi spot. this is really important things for me to have on my next phone... this one has the flash but no mention of the UMA... anybody know if this will support UMA?

i have a 8900 right now which has both and i recently upgraded it to 5.0.0.411... threaded text is one of the best features... atleast for me.

The Nexus One just keeps looking better all the time.

I know my Droid has been terrific and it's only the first generation.

I'm ready, waiting, money in hand for the Nexus One.

If they keep the current plan and offer an unlocked GSM version as they say, I will be the first to shell out any reasonable sum to buy what is sure to be a piece of history in the making.

AT&T has served me well, and will be a great carrier for the upcoming Nexus One.

AT&T needs to get in this market and quit pandering exclusively to the iPhone or risk getting FUTHER behind.

They are making plenty of money. It's the nature of being a carrier with a huge selection of models.

Don't worry, AT&T is just fine.

I've used them along with two or three others for well over a decade and in recent times I haven't had one dropped call on 3G. Frankly I could care less if it's AT&T, Verizon or T-Mobile, all of whom I do business with... it's the mobile phone industry folks and the users are going to pay, one way or another. It's a fact of life.

Don't like it? Tether yourself to a land-line & toss your mobile.
