He found that he was getting a number of calls, mostly from mothers for help with their technical systems.He thought it would be more helpful if he could see what they were doing, so that he was able to offer the correct help. Dan thought that it would be cool if they had a hat camera, he first thought about using a network camera, as he would not have to do any of the networking.
