Iphone Finally to Get Adobe Flash

PCWorld.com: Adobe confirmed yesterday at the Flash On The Beach (FOTB) conference in Brighton, UK that it is actually developing a Flash Player for the iPhone. Even though it's still work in progress, with the iPhone is at its second generation, it's about time Apple! Flash is basically the only thing that keeps the iPhone from not delivering "the real Web" in our hands, and now Adobe confirmed that such an application is in development. Ever since the iPhone was launched in 2007, one of the most sought after features that were missing from the phone's Web browser was the possibility to run Flash content.

Oh man why must they get all the cool stuff? My beloved 8310 becomes more and more outdated as the days go by. I might be drawn into getting an iphone later on but I'll wait till they release their 3rd installment. It's like the PS3 and the 360, Microsoft has been ahead on a lot of things for their gaming console and Sony is trying to catch up now after always being in the lead with new stuff.

Now it's fallen on to mobile everyone is trying to catch up to Apple and there IPhone. That's my opinion.

When it comes to the PS3 and the 360; I think its left to the users. I think the PS3 is ahead and others said other wise. I have a PS3 and my brother has a 360; I see no big difference except that the PS3 has blue ray and they can produce blue ray enhanced games. But anyway.

Rim needs to get the lead out and quite beating around the bush and come out and stomp the iphone. I know they can do it, they just don't want too for some reason.

I think the ipod touch will get it because this flash upgrade will probably come in a firmware update. Usually the ipod touch and iphone comes out are the same time frame.
