Told you I'd get you next time. I tried to get everyone in the beta testers social. Had to make dinner so I may have missed someone.

Sent a few test emails, and founf it doesn't like message peek. If I leave message peek on it simply doesn't do anything. If I turn peek off it works perfectly.

Guessing it reads the pop up as message read and doesn't trigger reminder.

Haven't tried text, will have to wait until tomorrow for that.

Are you also using BerryBuzz? Does it show the same problem?

I just got it th, like 10 mins or so ago.
Set up is a little confusing but when I hovered over a selection a neat little help pop up showed what to do.

Can't wait to try it with text, worried about messagepeek though. Looks like ill have to choose between the two.

Works with BerryBuzz too. Kinda neat. Flashed default email color and the other I selected for subject alert.

BerryBuzz is working well. Peek doesn't affect it. My guess (and correct me if I'm wrong) is that peek is tricking the alert into thinking its read. Funny it soesnt do that to BerryBuzz though.

Still testing sending from my blackberry email to gmail. Filters work well. Diff tones, no issues.

What exactly got you confused? Any changes we could make to improve it?

(We know it is a little more complicated, that is why we added the popups.)

Actually the e-mail handler core is the same for BerryBuzz and SmartAlerts. Only SmartAlerts does some advanced filtering.

We will try a debug run using a device with Peek installed.

Cool. Also, if you delete an alert should the named alert still be in profiles?

I had one that was mistakenly named "default". When I renamed it to "test" the default stayed. Deleted entire alert and both named and default remain. I haven't done batt pull so that may fix. Would like to wait a bit before I do a reset.
