Yep no love for 8900 - got the java.exception error. And what's up with the no love for Canadians?? I'm going to boycout every company that refuses to support the 30 Billion up north here. Getting tired of software companies forgetting about us. I'm happy that Nobex RC came through and is finally supporting Canadian radio stations.

Works very nice on my Alltel 8330 and I have been using this on my iPod Touch...so glad to see it for the BB now. I'll be using this everyday while I'm in my office working.

I've had no issues with buffering and the volume is loud enough for me.

Pandora is working with TMO 8320. What is so special about that phone that a Bold cannot do?

I have to tell you, I am just trying slacker for the first time and truth be told its probably the best app I have seen on a blackberry. Its so innovative and the GUI is absolutely amazing! I won't wait around for Pandora, Slacker time!

Does this only work on the specified carriers? Will it work with T-Mobile?

I am a big slacker fan too, pandora has been so hyped but I am not blown away by it. Love the cache feature of slacker too......

This is great! I've wanted Pandora on my BlackBerry for about 2 years now. Finally it comes out! I've been using slacker for awhile now and like it but this is so much better. The interface is cleaner and doesn't lag. It opens faster than slacker initially. It plays clean the whole song unlike slacker which sometimes has to buffer or has static in the beginning of some songs and the time to play the next song is much shorter. Even with good coverage slacker would take averaging 30 seconds between songs before it played again. Pandora is taking maybe 2 - 4 seconds, you hardly notice. I don't think it's much slower than using the native media player. The next test will be comparing battery life between Pandora and Slacker but I already think Pandora will be better. I'm seeing a lot less of the data arrows in the corner in Pandora than with Slacker. The volume seems to be as loud as anything else that plays on it. I would say if they did this well with the first release then I can't wait to see what they do with future releases. I love it!

Works great for me on my Sprint 8330 with OS 4.5. Quality improved enormously after doing a battery pull after the install, which is interesting. LOVE IT!

Main thing that sucks is I was all amped up for this...until I realised it only works south of the border.

Any free radio streaming apps like this for us canucks?

I've been waiting a long time for this app. While waiting I discovered Slacker and was impressed with it's design. It's ability to cache stations and deliver the music in stereo was impressive but the music content was not quite the same.

Now I've got my stations and music I expected from Pandora but why didn't they develop this app to play the music in stereo? They should have been aware just where Slacker set the bar on this...
