It uses files from 5.0 from the bold os and other os versions from the storm. If you into option>adv>app>the hit the menu button select modules you'll see what files are from what os.

Not true unless this is something brand new with .151 beta.

apparently with .151 theres been problems with using most themes and possibly even losing them. Its rumored that .152 will be out soon for 9530 . Although, I am thinking its a problem with the new transitions they implemented in the .15x series (in regards to themes)

    Any Stackers running hybrid OS?
I installed the .148/5.0.0.93 yesterday and all went well but I am having a tough time holding EDGE in my home (TMO) Seems much worse than it was with .75...I have read that the .90 radio was the best for GSM?

this is true, however, you will encounter random resets at some points... Also, I have found that .148 + .90 causes some lock/unlock freezes (it gets caught in an infinite loop resetting the boolean value or something - never allowing it to unlock) This was my experience with .90 + .148 at least, but the random resets are a known fact about the .148 hybrid + .90. I would bump it up to .151/5.0.0.93 + .90 if you are going to upgrade anything or possibly wait for the .152 leak which is said to be very soon

Thanks for the input. I had read about the reboots, I will wait and see how 151 and 152 come along. Things are a bit better this afternoon. Perhaps my problems are left over from yesterdays BIS outages (happened the same time as i upgraded)

No problems, hope that it irons itself out, quite an unfortunate coincidence! Haha
