.247 was good in the beginning. Bold is no longer an alcoholic on battery use. GPS. browsing, page loading, useability, all quicker. Restarted on me once. Never gotten drop calls, I live in central NJ always on 3G.

The reason I'm going to sit at the back of the bus again (.234) having a media card problem. Down loaded a video. When to play, restarted. For some reason not reading the videos on SD card. If I explore the media cards show tons of video. If I open the video icon to get to the player no videos in play list, wierd. Music, Pictures, VoiceNotes are fine, just videos. V.234 was good to me, battery life was okay.

For your SD card video issue, have you checked to see the forder exclusions?

i always do a google search... "4.6.0.237 rapidshare" and it gives me what i need...
i found a link for you but its a direct megaupload link which we're not allowed to post, so im hoping a google search link should be good...

All works fine. Why would I want to upgrade?
If you're running a version that old then I would definitely recommend upgrading, but stick to the latest official OS release for as few issues as possible.

Coming from 4.6.0.92 you can more then likely expect to see more available memory/better battery life/better reception/etc. Nothing is gauranteed, but it's more then worth your time to upgrade from .92 to at least the latest official release.

Hey Cherri.... Lovely Cherri.... Sweet, motherly, cherri..... Would it be possible to pin the first entry with the latest release to the first page of this thread? Saves sifting through all the nonsense.

Thanks for the info. Is there a list somewhere that RIM puts out on what improvement it made?

I don't understand your question digman... What are you asking about?

To check you os version, go into the settings and click "about"... You should have a 4.6.0.xxx

You gotta press ALT, the right shift key, and the H key all at the same time...
