If you want hi-res wallpaper use 1600x1200. works really good.

    Digital Blasphemy

I might suggest Digital Blasphemy. The best pictures can be had by an annual subscription. Those that are sized for the Curve fit my bb8900 perfectly (imagine that!).

If you use the free gallery, you can access content by texting "digiblas" (w/o quotes) to 32852 on your T-Mobile, Sprint or A T & T wireless phone. Backgrounds purchased this way cost $2.99 each (the few I looked at).

90 day subscription costs $15; annual costs $25; lifetime costs $99, all in USD.

Seems a bit steep but I think the pictures are worth it. I've used several on my desktop as well as my bb 8900.

Here's the current background on my bb 8900. It's a screenshot I took, I left all the icons and all in it because this is from the paid members gallery.

Note that these are not photographs.

IMO, the black wallpapers look the best until you use them as wallpapers. The boarder on the top of the screen makes the top look gray. Really too bad.

Pin me whenever your having trouble. But until then what kind of problems are you having?

Again, thanks lcgtr! sent you a mssg. Here's another one for those able to help. My 8900 has GPS capability, right!? I can't seem to access the function. I have GPS in my menu, but no icon for me to enable the app.. Anyone have any suggestions?

dhoffay, I could be wrong but I think you actually have to install an app that would then use the GPS? The 8900 is my first BB with built-in GPS and I've used it with Google Maps, AT&T Navigator and the free app AmazeGPS and it works great with those. It would also work with BBMaps I would think (I am with AT&T and BBMaps doesn't work for me at this time).

I'm not trying to change the topic of this thread - these wallpapers are amazing! I switched to the 8900 (and severely miss my SureType) only for the processing power and the screen! These wallpapers do it justice. I really enjoy handing my BB over to someone that hasn't seen it and getting that "WOW" response to the picture. :-)

    THANK YOU!!!!
