BlackBerry OS 5.0 to be released for existing devices starting this week?

does anyone know the updated status for all these releases? I wanted to make sure this thread does not die and why does the 8310 have support and the 8350i but not all of the 8300's. I though if its good for one of the series, its going to work for all?

Good thing I'll be upgrading soon. I doubt the 81xx series will see 5.0.

i just downloaded the os 5.0 on my bb 8330
but now i dont have app world or bbm how do i get them back? please help!!!!

Look in ur I'm folder if this is a fresh install of 5...the bbm icon may be there...it should push u to upgrade but if it doesn't go to m.blackberry.com and llok for the download of 5.0.0.33. If not then google it in the search bar on pinstack or blackberryrocks.com and you will find the link for your device..hope that helps

its downloaded but now its says "Blackberry App World is having trouble connecting to the app world server.
Verify your connections and try again " is this because i dowloaded a leaked verison of the software or is there something i need to do? please help

Couldn't help myself! Just had to reinstall 5.0 Working fine for the last week all aps working at about 99% Beejive, I did have an issue but went on site an upgraded.
