Now if only I had waited instead of adding a line at the time I did for the dicsounted price of $200 (+plus discount) for the device at launch.

    If I would have added a line now, I could've saved $100.

    That's a heck of a deal.

I don't regret buying the device. I had a rough couple of months while the OS was filled with fail, but I thouroughly enjoy my Storm now that the OS issues get hammered out more and more with every release.

Let me be very honest. I had a horrible time with both Syorms that I owned. VZW did nothing to relieve me angst because it was all about money with them. After I return the first device for ramdom shut dows the 2nd device was just as bad. Wouldn't take pics, random shut dows, and the lag was horrible. When I return the 2nd device they wanted me to pay for it after I proved that I owned it less than the required 30 days. I had to threaten to leave the company. And I'm sure they got over cause I paid for me Curve and all the accessories. It was a terrible experience and I never want to go through that again. My co-worker has the phone and is starting to experience the same as me but slower. He's adamit he won't return, but every half hour to hour the phone reset, shut off, won't make calls. If it seems I'm a littel salty I guess I am, cause I really wnated that phone.

What a crock, amazon, doesnt offer extensions for AT&T customers with family plans... only single line, blah never going back to amazon again
It takes many professionals versed in many different area's to help the masses, I am just a single drop in that pool.
