The time between leak and official was a much narrower gap than in the past. Good job, RIM!

Commenting as to .133, I've noticed longer battery life, slightly louder volume on stereo and a slightly smoother experience through heavier multitasking. I didn't play much with the version that came out of the box since I had secured a copy of .133 upgrade and updated my berry within an hour of opening the box.

I'm on the .133 beta right now. Very solid OS IMHO.

Now is there a difference between the beta version .133 and the official version .133? Just wondering.
My battery is at 40% and had it on for about 8 hours so far. Not that great of a battery life so far, then again this was the 1st full charge.

I'm running .133 beta for a couple of days now and i'm very happy with it - except one thing: for some reason since i upgraded i am missing that memory-cleaner app that was in the application folder.

Any ideas anyone?

Did you turn memory cleaning on? Options > Security options > Memory Cleaning > Enable

Could be that it is hidden. Try going to the menu, hit the menu key again and click show all...

This question has already been asked but not answered. Is there a difference between the beta and offical release versions.

I am running the beta version already, so just wanted to make sure if I need to install the official version. Thanks...

The betas are leaked and are not intended for eyes outside RIM and the partners. Betas may have bugs issues etc the the official release may not have. The official release is tested and released when it's up to standard. So in many cases an official release is better than a leaked beta.

Just finished loading after a full wipe, reinstalled all 3rd party apps and now holding at 153MB with the beta i hovered at 128-132MB free.

So you have to wipe it, is that the recommended way?
What would be the best way to go from beta .133 to official .133?

Been using this and I'm disappointed with the battery life. Gonna try turning on wifi and minimizing background apps today and see how it goes.
