Dang, I don't know if I deleted all my emails, but I asked for help from support and they were very helpful.

support@nobexinc.com

Give them as much info and copy paste the error log entry. I think it's hold alt and l+g+l+g, and look for the error entry, press menu and select view, then copy the whole text and paste into your email to support. Something like that.

I had a different error, which mysteriously fixed itself. But support was still very helpful.

Hi there, Nobex here.

this message means that Nobex Radio Companion could not open the TCP channel to the carrier for streaming. This usually means the APN settings are incorrect or missing. When this happens, click the Help menu within Nobex Radio Companion, and you'll get the specific help for this error - in most cases, setting the APN to the right parameters solves the issue. The Help will give you the specific instructions.

Please let us know if this helped, and feel free to email us at support@nobexinc.com for more.

Yes they are! Much better than another recently release streaming app which has so far ignored every question I have asked. I do not heart them

But I definitely heart Nobex

Only thing is the genres in Nobex seem very incomplete. Where's the EDM, House, etc?
