I too shall test out the latest software and rep back my findings.

EDIT: I was unable to download via provided link but if you go to blackberry.com and go to support>provider listings>AT&T>8900 you'll find the latest software that ill be testing

Ok ihave tested it for about a day now. It seems stable no major improvements although when I was loading it it sai I was downgrading the core but updating the applications ?? Go figure. Other than that seems fine no real problems.

I agree...no big difference in the new build. I had the same notice, downgrading core but upgrading apps??? Anyway, the only thing that I have noticed is that - don't think my battery life is as good as with .213, and I had a little trouble with Berryweather updating. Its fine now so it could have been Berryweather acting up.

I got a tip from Stacker bmay82 that several carriers had released the official 5.0.0.411 for the 8900 and a check on BBOS confirmed it, links added to the OP.
