I believe T-Mobile Germany is/was set to launch the 8900 on calendar week 42 or 44. Theres been speculation production was pushed back, but no concrete evidence of such. AT&T is set to start field testing the 8900 in November. I don't believe any carrier has an exclusive on this device.
