Well i mean i really wanted an upgrade and didn't wanna want until the local carriers got it so i bought one from Canada.

Don't be so fast Xader. Although its highly unlikely with the 8900 the 9000 was out in many places before the US  . As for the 8900 mine has been here one week sitting in a UPS warehouse so i can't tell you about the performance but i held one and the LOVE the form factor of it.
