Being a person coming from a Palm Treo 700p to a Storm, I LOVE THIS DEVICE!!! I agree with everything Catstide said. It does take a few weeks to get used to it, but typing is getting faster and faster. If you like to be a speed demon on the keyboard and are sending out emails, texts, etc. nonstop from your device, then the Bold is probably better for you. But if this is not the case, then the Storm is great! Every day I find more to enjoy about the Storm.
