| Please help me sync Storm calendar w/ desktop
How do I go about syncing my bb storm calendar with a desktop calendar...like outlook or something else. Also, what's a good desktop calendar software program? Here's what I want to do: I want to be able to enter appts on my laptop..things that I already know about...and be able to plug in my bb and have those show up on the phone too. Also, I want to be able to enter things into my bb as they come up and then sync with the desktop calendar, then being able to print out a schedule. Thanks M |

You will need Desktop Manager to get you started. If you dont have it, download 4.6 HERE Then you will need to configure your sync to Outlook. Once you have installed DM click on Synchronize, then Configure Synchronization, and follow the set up screens. Let us know if you need additional help. |

First, make sure Desktop Manager is installed on your PC, as well as Outlook. Connect your phone to your PC Open Desktop Manager Select Synchronize Select Configure/Synchronization on the left side Click the Sychronization button on the right side Click Calendar (and the other apps you want to configure) Click Advanced Click Conflict Resolution and set it how you prefer (e.g. phone overwrites laptop, vice versa, keep both etc). Then, once you have data in the phone calendar and/or Outlook, run the synchronize operation. Good luck and everyone is here to help. |
