Does anyone have a link to the 5.0.0.328 OS so I can unlock a Storm 9530?

Not sure if I get what you mean? You don't use OS to unlock a Storm. If you want to upgrade to .328, you can go to options>advanced options>scroll all the way down to wireless update and it should take it from there.

I can't post links yet, but my blog is in my signature and I have .323 on a post there. I would put .230 on first, alot of T Mobile users have had issues with .323, anyhow, theres more in my post.

If your Verizon, then I would do the update through your Desktop Manager or wireless Update.
