YES! The Storm has it!!!!! No more searching for applications that can only partially do this....it's the real thing!

Come on RIM---suck it up, admit that WM devices and the iPhone are RIGHT about threaded SMS...give us this one thing and BAM...this is the perfect phone!

I don't have a storm, but is is able to ring and vibrate at the same time? Because that would be a feature I would love to have.

Well, I read somewhere (on my winmo phone, so I didn't bookmark it) that there's a OS release in December to possibly fix some things and maybe even give some new software features?

I'm really hoping someone can develop kinetic scrolling, cause I had that on my winmo and its very helpful. Plus I'm also wondering the possibilities of what skinning this phone (over the os) would look like.

Yes...I have several people in my contact list who have their own SMS tone so I know if I have to answer right away or not.

dont think you can remove suretype on landscaope (qwerty) keyboard mode

There is no suretype on the landscape mode. That's QWERTY (FULL keyboard)

Now if you are talking about auto correct yes you can.

Your only choices on portrait mode is suretype or multitap...and landscape is qwerty

Mine won't give me the option to enable multi tap when I'm not onblandscape mode

When I set a phone tonr for someone and they txt me the tone I set on my profile doesn't play. Instead the default that the sms individual has before u change it
